Terms of Service
The agreement for using Enhancivity.

These Terms govern your use of Enhancivity. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Enhancivity is a memory and context layer for AI tools. It stores project context you save and prepares destination-ready prompts for you to review and insert yourself. Enhancivity does not auto-submit or act inside other tools on your behalf.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Enhancivity.
3. Bring-your-own-key (API keys)
You may add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. If you do, you are responsible for that key, for compliance with the provider’s terms, and for any usage and costs incurred with that provider. We store your key encrypted and use it only to run your requests; you can remove it at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data;
- abuse the service in ways that impose unreasonable load or cost.
5. Your content
You own the memory and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service (including sending relevant context to AI model providers to prepare your prompts). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train our own models.
6. AI-generated output
Prepared prompts and any AI-assisted output are suggestions. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you use it in another tool or rely on it. Enhancivity is not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools.
7. Availability and changes
Enhancivity is an early-stage product provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; for material changes we will provide reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enhancivity is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we must restrict for security or legal reasons.
